Day 12 of building superReply and I’m already seeing major progress. I started the day by chatting with my developer about what we need to do in order to launch as soon as possible. He reminded me that it can take up to seven days for Google to approve a Chrome extension, so we need to make sure we submit our application ASAP.
Speaking of progress, my UX designer provided me with a new design for the plan and profile management screens. It’s really exciting to see all the pieces coming together.
I also want to give a warm welcome to our new team member, Julio. He’s joining us as our operations manager and his goal is to help me manage a team of influencers to spread the word about superReply when we launch.
Jose is really passionate about the product and has already come up with a solid plan for the next seven days. I have a good feeling about him and I think he’ll be a major asset as we work to capture the Spanish market.
As I continue my journey building superReply, I’ve been doing some research and keeping an eye on the competition. While there are certainly other players in the market, I feel confident that our superior UX and strategy will give us a competitive edge.
I wanted to express my gratitude to Dor, my co-founder at PlaylistMap and a mentor in cyber security, for consistently reminding me of the importance of security in our App.
One of the things I’m considering is reaching out to tech bloggers and journalists to give them the chance to try out our beta before it goes live to the public.
I want them to see firsthand the magic of our Chrome extension and how it can revolutionize the way people communicate.
My team member, Julio, will be responsible for reaching out to these individuals and spreading the word.
In addition to this, I’ve had some help from my friend Eliran in Israel, who has connections in the music industry and is eager to assist with recruiting influencers to talk about superReply. Eliran is a talented musician and has a great energy that’s hard to resist.
Overall, I’m feeling very positive about the direction superReply is heading in. We have a strong team in place and I’m working hard to come up with the best strategies for when we launch.
