As I’ve been building this product, user experience has always been a top priority for me. Recently, I received some feedback from users who said that the current Gmail snippet view wasn’t enough for them to be able to respond. This really got me thinking about how we could improve the user experience and better meet the needs of our users.
I started looking at how our competitors were tackling this issue and noticed that they had implemented a feature where users had to click respond, and then in the responded view they can choose how to respond. This made me realize that we needed to come up with a new way.

One idea I had was to ask our AI to generate a one sentence summary of the entire email.
This could provide users with a quick overview of the main points, making it easier for them to respond.
Ultimately, I don’t want to give up on this model, but I also want to find a way to make it as intuitive and user-friendly as possible. I’m still brainstorming and considering different options, but I’m committed to finding a solution that works for our users.
