As I continue on my journey building a Chrome extension with the goal of reaching 1 million users, I’ve had some exciting developments to report. On day seven of this project, I had a productive conversation with a guy from India who helped me create a business plan to understand the cost of having a free user using my extension.
We came up with a solid plan for pricing, including a free plan, an unlimited plan, and a plan for teams and businesses.
This was a huge relief and gave me confidence in the viability of this project.
In addition to this, I’ve been working with a talented developer from Ukraine named Vlas, who is going to be a key player in this project. I have a good feeling about him and am excited to see what he can do.
My designer, Paul from France, has also been hard at work analyzing our competitors and creating mockups for our product. He’s been a valuable asset and I’m glad to have him on board.
As we move forward, we’ll be focusing on building the marketing strategy and utilizing influencers to spread the word about our micro Chrome extension. I have a team in the Philippines working on this, as well as a guy in Africa who is also helping out. Overall, things are coming together nicely and I’m grateful for the passion and dedication of everyone involved in this project. Stay tuned for more updates!
